Schools retain complete control over student data. We never sell, share, or monetize student information.
BeaconSeal™ collects only the minimum data necessary to deliver compliance and safety features. We do not collect location data, browsing history, app usage beyond the compliance window, or any personally identifiable information beyond what's required for school operations.
Names, student IDs, and grade levels—imported from your SIS system (Clever, ClassLink, Microsoft, or CSV upload)
Seal activation/deactivation times, emergency exits, and timestamps—essential for audit trails and compliance reporting
Email addresses and role information for staff who manage BeaconSeal™ (teachers, administrators, IT staff)
Device model and OS version for compatibility and troubleshooting—never device identifiers or serial numbers
We never track where students are, where they go, or their movements
No facial recognition, fingerprints, or other biometric identifiers
